Services / Sydney · Remote-first

A scoped problem first. The technology stack second.

Ozlin Info helps Australian SMEs improve a workflow, modernise a web system, process documents or reduce a specific technology risk. We define inputs, decisions, exceptions, ownership and handover before promising a build.

Every engagement is governed by an agreed proposal or statement of work. Licences, hosting, usage fees, ongoing support and third-party services are identified separately where they apply.

01 / Capabilities

Four practical service lines.

A project may combine them, but the scope and acceptance criteria stay explicit.

START HERE / BASELINE

Digital foundation review

For organisations that know something needs attention but are not ready to choose a solution. A focused interview and evidence review produces a prioritised next-action roadmap across website, workflow and security concerns.

Boundary: This is a triage and planning engagement, not penetration testing, legal advice, a compliance audit or a complete architecture design.

AI / 01

AI & workflow automation

Reduce repetitive handling while keeping key decisions reviewable and owned by a person.

Typical scope

  • Workflow and data-flow discovery
  • Forms, email, knowledge-base and approved system integrations
  • Human approval steps, exception routing and audit-friendly records
  • Pilot evaluation, operating notes and handover

Boundary: We do not present a model as infallible or automate high-impact decisions without an agreed human review path. Model licences and usage charges are scoped separately.

IDP / 02

Intelligent document processing

Turn approved documents and attachments into structured data with visible confidence and exception handling.

Typical scope

  • Sample-set review and document taxonomy
  • Classification, OCR, field extraction and validation rules
  • Low-confidence review queue and exception workflow
  • Export or integration with an approved destination system

Boundary: Recognition accuracy depends on document quality and variation. Acceptance thresholds, human checks and handling of sensitive material are agreed before production use.

WEB / 03

Secure web & software delivery

Build or modernise a maintainable website, workflow tool or lightweight business platform.

Typical scope

  • WordPress builds, redesigns and migrations
  • Web applications, integrations and internal tools
  • Roles, updates, backups, logging and recovery planning
  • Performance baseline, acceptance testing and handover

Boundary: Hosting, domains, paid themes, licences and ongoing operations are separate line items. Continuous 24/7 monitoring or support applies only when expressly included in writing.

SEC / 04

Cybersecurity uplift

Prioritise practical improvements across identity, endpoints, backups, exposed services and response readiness.

Typical scope

  • Current-state baseline and risk workshop
  • Identity, patching, backup and external-exposure review
  • Prioritised remediation plan and implementation support
  • Verification notes, ownership and recovery steps

Boundary: Work is limited to systems you are authorised to have assessed. Penetration testing, legal compliance certification, forensic investigation and emergency incident response are not implied and require separate written scope.

02 / How engagement starts

A small, testable first step.

01 / Context

Describe the workflow

Tell us what enters the process, who handles it, where it slows down and what must never be exposed or automated.

02 / Scope

Define a measurable pilot

We agree the boundary, dependencies, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and what happens when the system is uncertain.

03 / Decision

Proceed with evidence

You receive a proposed next step. If a conventional rule, product or process change is the better answer, we say so.

03 / Next step

Bring one concrete problem.

The first conversation is for checking fit, data boundaries and a practical next action — not forcing a preset product.
